We start with a call to understand your situation. Then we send the relevant framework sections so your team can digest and form opinions. By the time we’re in the room, everyone is on the same page. The sessions are about making decisions together, not delivering a lecture.

One-hour sessions, typically five per workshop. Structured discussion, real decisions. No death by PowerPoint. Between sessions, we share brief alignment notes so your team stays on track and arrives at each session ready to make decisions, not relitigate the last one.
AFTER
Documented outputs
After each session, you’ll get time to work through the templates using what was discussed — capturing your team’s knowledge in a structured way. We review, suggest improvements, and use it to shape the next session.
