Returning purchased items:

  1. Contact us at customercare@anderson-hill.com to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of purchase.

  2. If you bought a physical product, please use one of the address labels below to return it to us within 10 days of receiving your RMA number in resaleable condition. To make life easier, we’ve created downloadable, ready-to-print return labels. Just pop your RMA number on the label or include it inside the parcel with proof of purchase.

    Pick the label size that best suits your printer:

    • 6” x 4” (104mm x 159mm)

    • 2.125” x 4” (54mm x 101mm)

    • Letter/A4

    For digital products (not services), please permanently delete all copies, including any derivatives (such as slides made from our templates), screenshots, or any other form of our content. Once your return is processed, your license for that product will be cancelled. Any extra licenses for other projects will still be valid.

  3. If you’ve started using optional services, we can’t refund those. For support services, this only applies once you’ve begun using them.

  4. We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider might take a little longer to show it, which is beyond our control. Most card refunds appear within a few days.
