Before you return — if something isn’t working, we’d like to help. More often than not, a quick conversation sorts it. Drop us a line at customercare@anderson-hill.com and tell us what’s happened. We’ll do our best to put it right. And if we can’t, we’ll sort the refund without any fuss. Every message gets a response.

Returning purchased items:

  1. Contact us at customercare@anderson-hill.com to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of purchase.

  2. If you bought a physical product, please use one of the address labels below to return it to us in resaleable condition within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. To make life easier, we’ve created downloadable, ready-to-print return labels. Just pop your RMA number on the label or include it inside the parcel with proof of purchase.

    Choose the label size that suits your printer. For best results, print from Acrobat Reader:

    6” x 4” (104mm x 159mm) Label printers

    2.125” x 4” (54mm x 101mm) Label printers

  3. For digital products (not services), please permanently delete all copies, including any derivatives (such as slides made from our templates), screenshots, or any other form of our content. Once your return is processed, your license for that product will be cancelled. Any other licenses you may have purchased for other projects will still be valid.

  4. If you’ve started using our optional services, we’re unable to refund those (for an explanation, please see our returns policy).

  5. We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider might take a little longer to show it, which is beyond our control. Most card refunds appear within a few days.
