Questions may require us to conduct background research before responding. To ensure that all our clients benefit, a fair usage policy applies (currently limited to up to four hours of research and discussions with you each month for each support license purchased). The fair usage policy may be adjusted at the end of any billing period. Time unused from a previous month is not carried forward.
